Is there a free trial?
Yes! Both the Growth and Scale plans include a 15-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial, and you'll be automatically charged when the trial ends unless you cancel.
What does per-seat pricing mean?
Each team member who actively uses the platform counts as a seat. You pay per seat per month (or year). Viewers don't count as paid seats. Admins can purchase additional seats from the team settings.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Organization administrators can manage an active subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Any price change or proration is shown there before it takes effect.
What happens when I run out of matches?
Match credits are shared across your organization and reset every 30 days. A higher plan or additional paid seats increases the organization's allowance.
Is TapResume free for candidates?
Candidate accounts do not require an employer subscription or payment card. The candidate workspace is currently free to use.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Growth and Scale annual billing uses the prices shown above and is charged once per year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled by Stripe. The payment methods available to your organization are shown during checkout.
