1. The service

TapResume connects candidate career profiles with organizations recruiting for roles. Candidates use the platform free of charge. Organizations subscribe to paid plans with per-seat pricing and usage allowances stated at purchase.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Organization owners are responsible for the actions of the members they invite and the roles they assign.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive recruiting practices.
• No contacting candidates outside their consent choices.
• No scraping, reselling, or redistributing candidate data.
• No uploading unlawful content or malware.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the prices displayed at checkout. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Usage allowances are finite, stated on the pricing page, and visible in your account.

5. Candidate data

Organizations receive access to candidate data only for legitimate recruiting purposes and subject to the candidate's consent choices. Access is logged and candidates can see which organizations accessed their data.

6. AI features

AI features assist with matching, parsing, and drafting. They do not make hiring decisions; humans own every hiring decision. See the AI Use Notice for details.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Account deletion follows the process described in the Privacy Notice, including a 30-day grace period.

8. Liability

The service is provided as-is during the current early-access phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
