AI Use Notice

Last updated: 9 August 2026

Where AI is used

  • Parsing resumes into structured profiles you can review and correct.
  • Matching candidates and roles semantically, with scores shown as recommendations.
  • Conversational role intake and profile building.
  • Drafting outreach messages that a recruiter reviews before anything is sent.
  • A read-only recruiting copilot that summarizes a recruiter's own data.

What AI never does

  • No automated hiring decisions. Every hiring, rejection, and offer decision is made by a named human.
  • No inference of protected characteristics, emotion, or "culture fit".
  • No sending messages or changing data without human approval.

How your data reaches models

Prompts contain the minimum content each feature needs, untrusted document text is isolated so it cannot act as instructions, and usage is bounded by per-organization daily budgets. Model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) process content to provide the feature; we do not use your data to train our own models.

Correcting AI output

Parsed profiles are editable before saving; match recommendations can be dismissed with feedback; candidates can correct any AI-derived field on their profile.
